33×3 Manifestation [Best Method to Manifest Quickly]

You want to manifest your dreams, but it just takes so long for anything to happen.

It’s easy to get discouraged when trying to manifest something into your life. This is because it takes time and energy for the Universe to deliver what you’re desiring. And if you try and rush the process, then it will be much harder for the Universe to help out!

The 33×3 Manifestation Method allows you to focus on what you desire without getting overwhelmed or distracted by other things. Writing down a positive affirmation 33 times in one sitting for three days straight puts a lot of energy and focus on your goal. This huge energy and focus speeds up the process and makes it easier than ever for the Universe to bring about what we desire.

33×3 Manifestation is a scripting method where you write a positive affirmation 33 times for 3 days straight. It uses the power of focus, repetition and the spiritual significance of the numbers 3 and 33 to allow you to easily manifest what you desire.

The 33×3 Manifestation is one of my favorites as it’s the one that I’ve had the most consistent success with. So, today I’m going to share with you the exact process I go through every time I use the 33×3 Manifestation method. Let’s get started!

How Does 33×3 Manifestation Work?

 

The 33×3 Manifestation method is so effective as it uses the well proven ingredients of Focus, Repetition and the Power of the Numbers 3 and 33. Let’s look at each of these in turn.

Focus

For us to manifest our dreams, desires and goals, we need to get our unconscious mind to focus on what it is we’re trying to manifest. But did you know that the unconscious mind has the capability to process about 11 million pieces of information every second?

It’s responsible for regulating breathing, heartbeat, body temperature and all other autonomic activities in the human body. It also runs the majority of our day-to-day behaviors, feelings and thoughts too.

So, it fair to say that the unconscious mind has a lot of things competing for its attention!

With all that going on, that soul mate you’ve been trying to manifest or that pay raise you’ve been hoping for may fall under the radar and not even get a look in. This is where the 33×3 manifestation method comes in.

By doing the 33×3 manifestation method you’re telling your unconscious mind that this is something you want it to focus on. You’re putting big neon flashing lights on your goal and saying, ‘unconscious mind please pay attention to this – it’s important to me!’

Repetition

We repeat positive affirmations as the words, thoughts, phrases and sentiments that we repeat become stronger every time we say them.

By repeating positive affirmations, they sink into your unconscious mind where they’ll ultimately affect your behaviour, actions and reactions. What you focus on expands.

This is why repetition is an important ingredient to the success of the 33×3 manifestation method. The more you repeat something, the more your brain is engaged and stimulated by it (more on this here.) Repetition actually changes our brain.

Repetition makes our words and thoughts stronger, more pronounced and more likely that your unconscious mind will focus on them. Which is exactly what we want to manifest our goals, dreams and desires.

The Power of the Number 3 and Number 33

The number 3 holds great spiritual significance for many cultures and religions. It’s thought to be a divine number that is the direct link to the Universe / Source. The number 3 represents creation, growth and manifestation.

Nikola Tesla was an investor who was thought to be a genius both in his own life-time and today. He was famous not just for his inventions but also for his spiritual enlightenment. Tesla was obsessed with the number 3, and along with the numbers 6 and 9, saw them as the key to understanding the Universe.

The number 33 is also significant here. In Numerology, 33 is the most spiritually inclined number, which is why 33 is called the Master Teacher. This Master Number is a combination of two other Master Numbers, 11 and 22. This means it brings great intuition and the ability to build great things. The number 33 aligns you with your divine Source and helps you manifest your dreams and desires into form.

Manifestation Tips

Before you begin, here’s a few thoughts and tips to ensure your success with the 33×3 Manifestation Method:

Write It Down

When doing the 33×3 manifestation method it’s important to put pen to paper and write your positive affirmations by hand – not use a laptop or phone. There’s something very powerful about actually writing by hand.

It takes a little bit more time and effort and so it tells our unconscious mind that this is something that’s important as we’re taking the time to do it. The unconscious mind pays attention to this, and as we know – this is critical if we want to manifest our goals!

Check Your Vibes

Your energy is the most important thing with any of the manifestation methods, and this applies to the 33×3 manifestation method too. Just going through the motions of writing your positive affirmation out 33

times will not guarantee success if you’re in the wrong mindset and energetic vibration. Remember, what you focus on expands. So, if you’re in a low energetic vibration and feeling needy or desperate, then this isn’t going to help you manifest something positive and wonderful like your soul mate or a pay rise.

Clear Your Negative Energy

If you do find yourself in a low energetic vibration, then take a break and don’t start the 33×3 manifestation exercise until you’re in a better mood. Honestly – save your time and energy because it won’t work if you’re in a low vibe. Go for

a walk, do some yoga, listen to some music – anything that you love and feels good will put you in a good vibration. Once you’re feeling good, come back to your writing and have another go.

If you’re struggling to clear negative energy, or frequently feel this way, you could have what Christie Marie Sheldon calls unconscious ‘abundance blocks.’

Clear these blocks before you go any further!

Energy blocks will stop you from manifesting your desires. You just won’t be able to get into the right energetic vibration and you’ll be energetically stopping the good from coming into your life.

Focus on One Thing at a Time

And my final Manifestation Tip is to focus on one positive affirmation at a time when doing the 33×3 manifestation method.

Pick one thing and then focus on it for the full three days needed to complete the process. Once you’ve finished all three days, then move on to you next positive affirmation. But I suggest that you don’t over-lap them as this may reduce your energy and focus on the goal you’re trying to manifest

So, with all that said, let’s get started!

How to do the 33×3 Manifestation Method

Step One: Clear Your Mind

Before you begin the 33×3 Manifestation exercise it’s important to clear your mind and get yourself into a high energetic vibration. I find that the quickest way to do this is to spend a few minutes in meditation. I like to start my meditation with a simple prayer as it puts me in the right mind set from the start,

‘Thank you Universe for your love, guidance and inspiration as I begin my 33×3 manifestation exercise today’

Then spend a few minutes in meditation. Focus on your breathing, allow any thoughts to just come and go without analysis or judgment. If you need some help with meditating, Emily Fletcher has a free meditation Masterclass here.

The M Word

Step Two: Visualise your Goal

When you feel ready, visualise the goal, dream or aspiration that you would like to be the focus of your 33×3 manifestation exercise.

Allow the image to form in your mind and experience it with all of your senses. How do you feel? What are you doing? Who are you with? What can you see? Can you smell anything? Visualise it AS IF it’s already here. Experience it in the NOW.

Once you have your picture, I want you to turn up its intensity. Ask yourself:

If I made the picture bigger, would it be more compelling?

Would I feel stronger about it?

If Yes, make the picture bigger. If No, leave it as it is.

Now ask yourself each of these in turn:

If I made the picture brighter / louder / nearer would it be more compelling?

Would I feel stronger about it?

If Yes, make the picture brighter / louder / nearer. If No, leave it as it is.

Make any other changes you wish to in order to make your visualisation the most compelling, exciting and joyful for you. Don’t over think this! Use your intuition and let it guide you.

Step Three: Draft Your Positive Affirmation

When you feel ready open your eyes and come back into the room. Grab your pen and start to brainstorm in your workbook your ideas about what you want your positive affirmation to be.

Think about the visualisation you’ve just done. What are the elements of your goal / dream / aspiration that you want to capture in your positive affirmation? Write this out a few times and play around with the wording until you’re happy with it and it feels right to you.

Make sure your positive affirmation is short and concise – aim for a single line only. If you make it any longer, you’ll dilute its energy as it will be tiring to write, and you’ll likely lose your focus and positive energy when writing it out. Remember you’re going to be writing this 33 times for 3 days straight.

Trust me on this one! The first time I did the 33×3 manifestation exercise I made my positive affirmation too long and it look ages for me to write it out. By the end I was literally counting how many I had left until I was finished. Which BTW is not the high vibration and positive energy needed to make this work!

Also, whilst this may be stating the obvious, make sure your positive affirmation is written in the positive. Ensure you say what you do want, not what you don’t want. This is often easier said than done, which is why I suggest this first stage of brainstorming / drafting your positive affirmation to get it right!

I also like to start my positive affirmations with a simple gratitude statement of ‘Thank You Universe for…’

Step Four: Write Your Positive Affirmation 33 Times (Day One)

Now write your positive affirmation out 33 times in your workbook or manifestation journal. When writing each affirmation, try to re-create the positive energy that you felt when visualising your goal. Don’t just mindlessly write your affirmation out – you need to feel it.

Focus on the words as you write them, think about what they mean and what they symbolise for you. Imagine your positive affirmation AS IF it’s happened and it’s in your life already. Feel the emotions deeply as you write – feel grateful and excited that you have this thing in your life now.

It’s important to write your positive affirmations out 33 times in one sitting – not a few here and then a few there throughout the day. You need to allow about half an hour to do this end to end. If you can’t complete all 33 positive affirmations undisturbed in one sitting, then take a break until another time when you know that you’ll be able to complete it in one go.

It’s not essential, but you might like to also say your positive affirmation out loud as you write it. Speaking out aloud sometimes helps you stay in a positive space as you complete your writing. It also helps you stay focused and aligned with the high energetic vibrations that you’re trying to manifest.

Step Five: Write Your Positive Affirmation 33 Times Again (Day Two)

On day two, you’ll write your positive affirmation out 33 times again in your workbook.

Before you get started with your writing, take the time to get yourself back into a positive space. Take a few minutes to meditate and then visualise your goal like you did yesterday. And then once you’re ready, go straight into writing your positive affirmation out 33 times.

Like yesterday, be sure to think about what the words mean to you as you write and feel excitement and gratitude as you write.

Step Six: Write Your Positive Affirmation 33 Times Again (Day Three)

This is the third and final day when you write out your positive affirmation 33 times.

Now you’ve done this for a couple of days, it’s even more important that you approach this final day with positive energy. Don’t fall into the trap of just mindlessly going through the motions just to get it finished and over and done with. You’ve put a lot of time and effort into this so far, so make sure this final day is completed with the right mindset!

If you’re not feeling in the right mindset or don’t think you’ll have the time to compete all 33 positive affirmations in one sitting, then come back to it later in the day when you can.

Let It Go!

Congratulations! You’ve now finished the third day of writing your 33 positive affirmations. Now the most important part of the whole 33×3 manifestation process is to let it go.

Do not hold on to your goal once you have finished the third day of writing. Hand it over to the Universe and know that your goal will come to you when the time is right. That time might be one day or one year from now – and that’s just fine. Holding on to it will only put you in a low energetic vibration of feeling needy and controlling and that won’t help your manifestation efforts at all!

If you’re struggling to let go of your goal for any reason, you might like to say a simple prayer to help you,

“Universe, I release my goal over to you – thank you – I know that I’m always being guided towards my highest good”

How Long Does It Take?

Any thoughts about how long your goal will take to manifest into your life should be let go once you’ve finished the third day of writing. I know this can feel hard if it’s something you really want in your life, so I suggest that distraction is a great tool to pull out here!

Do something to completely take your mind off your goal. Choose another positive affirmation and do the 33×3 manifestation process again. Or try one of the other manifestation methods, meditate or do some exercise. Anything that will distract you from thinking about your goal. Remember, you’ve handed it over to the Universe now and it’s being taken care of.

Does This Work? Some Success Stories

Anyone who’s been following this blog for any time knows that I only include things on this website that I have tried and know to work. So, I can absolutely say YES, the 33×3 manifestation method does work. It’s one that I go to most when I want to focus my energy on manifesting something.

A quick search on the internet will tell you that I’m not the only one who’s had great success with the 33×3 manifestation method. It seems to be particularly effective if you want to manifest something tangible into your life – like a certain amount of money, a car, house or even a new job. I’ve also seen it work for people who want to manifest new or better relationships in their life or to attract a loving and respectful soul mate.

And most importantly, make sure you remain in a positive energy afterwards by letting it go!

As you can see, the 33×3 is a manifestation method is a powerful scripting tool which can help you reach your goals and desires more easily. It can be used for anything from achieving financial abundance, to self-discovery or even healing past wounds.
