Are you finding it difficult to manifest your dreams? Many people struggle to manifest their goals and dreams in life. They feel like they have tried everything, but nothing is working for them.
The truth is that there are many different ways of creating the life you want, but many of those methods don’t work or take too long to show results.
The good news is that you can use the 369 Manifestation Method as a powerful scripting tool to create your dreams quickly and easily without having to wait years for things to happen on their own.
369 Manifestation is a scripting technique where you write a positive affirmation 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times in the evening. It uses the power of focus, repetition and the spiritual significance of the numbers 3, 6 and 9 to allow you to easily manifest what you desire.
369 Manifestation is one of my favorite manifestation methods, as I’ve had such great results with it. And it’s fun! So, today I’m going to share with you my proven step-by-step process on how to do 369 Manifestation.
But before I dive into the step-by-step process, let’s look at how 369 Manifestation works. The answer may surprise you…
How Does 369 Manifestation Work?
The 369 Manifestation method gets such amazing results as it uses some proven ingredients. These are Focus, Repetition and the Special Power of the Numbers 3, 6 and 9. Let’s look at each of these in turn:
For us to manifest our dreams, desires and goals, we need to get our unconscious mind to focus on what it is we’re trying to manifest.
The unconscious mind is the part of our brain that takes care of involuntary mental activities.
These are things like heart rate, breathing, sleepiness and body temperature.
It’s estimated to process 11 million pieces of information per second. Its also responsible for our daily behaviors, feelings and thoughts.
So, you can see that your unconscious mind is flooded with demands that are competing for its attention.
By doing the 369 Manifestation method you’re telling your unconscious mind that your goal is something you want it to focus on. You’re putting a huge spotlight on your goal and shouting to your unconscious mind to pay attention to it!
We also need repetition for the 369 Manifestation method to work. The more you repeat something, the more your brain is engaged and stimulated by it (more on this here). When something becomes familiar or routine then there’s less resistance from our unconscious mind. This means things will happen much faster than they would otherwise have done.
In life, we are constantly repeating words, thoughts and feelings to ourselves. This repetition is what moulds our mindsets and reality into what they are today. What you focus on expands.
But often what we’re thinking about isn’t positive or moving us towards our dream life.
This is why we repeat positive affirmations in the 369 Manifestation method. With positive affirmations we’re consciously choosing what we want our unconscious mind to repeat. And it’s this that helps us manifest our goals and desires using the 369 Manifestation method.
The Power of the Number 3, Number 6 and Number 9
The numbers 3, 6 and 9 are special numbers. They are the numbers of manifestation.
The number 3 holds a great deal of spiritual significance to many cultures and religions. It’s thought to be the divine link or doorway to the Universe, from which all things manifest. In Numerology, 3 represents creation, growth and manifestation. It’s a powerful vibration that can bring you to new heights in your life.
The number 6 in Numerology represents love, harmony and abundance. It’s a number associated with the heart chakra which governs love and relationships. It’s the perfect balance of masculine and feminine energies. It captures the high positive energy that you need to be in to be able to manifest positive things in your life.

The number 9 represents completion, unity and fulfilment. It’s often called ‘the end’ because you reach this final digit on your way up from one through nine. It completes the cycle of all other numbers.
The number 9 represents completion as it’s made up from three three’s which represent life. This is what gives power on all levels – physical (body), mental/emotional (mind) and spiritual (spirit).
We use the number 9 when manifesting as it signifies accomplishment and things coming full circle. 9 is the number of the completed manifestation of your goal.
Nikola Tesla also thought that the numbers 3, 6 and 9 were pretty special too! Yes, he’s the guy that Elon Musk named the Tesla car after.
He was an inventor who was famous not just for his inventions but also for his spiritual enlightenment. Tesla was particularly obsessed with the number 3 and saw these special numbers as the key to understanding the Universe.

A Bit of Math!
In math the numbers 3, 6 and 9 are considered special numbers (stay with me – I promise it’s really simple math!)
In the Binary System numbers are doubled, starting with the number 1. This is how cells and embryos develop – they double. Our cells are doubled from 1 to 2. Then they double from 2 to 4. Then 4 to 8. And 8 to 16 (1+6 = 7). Then 16 doubles to 32 (3+2 = 5).
If we continue this pattern on, and always reduce down to a single digit, we get a pattern of 1, 2, 4, 8, 7 and 5. But no matter how long you carry this pattern on, you’ll never get a 3, 6 or 9 – they’re special numbers.

Now, if you double 3, you’ll get 6. If you double 6 you get 12, which reduces to a single digit of 3 (1+2=3). You can carry this pattern on, but you’ll never get a 9 – it’s a very special number.
But if you add 9+9 you get 18, which reduces to a single digit of 9 (1+8=9). Add 9 again to get 27 and it reduces to a single digit of 9 again (2+7=9). Same with 36 (3+6=9) and 72 (7+2=9).
The number 9 is unique and is a really special number. It’s the number of unity and completion, by coming full circle.
No matter how far you go with this pattern, you’ll always come back to 9 as a single digit. The number 9 is unique and is a really special number. How Can 369 Manifestation Help Me?
By now, you know that the 369 Manifestation Method is a powerful tool to help you manifest your goals, dreams and aspirations. It captures the high positive energy that we need in order for us be able create and attract what it is that our heart desires. This could be material or non-material things, there really are no limits! Here’s some 369 manifestation examples:
- You might want to use the 369 Manifestation method to manifest material things like a new car, dream house or that fabulous pair of shoes.
- Or maybe you want a sense of accomplishment and growth in your career, a new job, change of career or even an opportunity to work overseas?
- What about relationships? Love, passion and your true soul mate? Companionship, connection and fun with friends?
It might be big, or it might be small. The list of things that you can manifest with the 369 Manifestation Method is only limited by your imagination, energy and belief in what’s possible! Go ahead – give it a go!

Write It Down
When doing the 369 Manifestation method, it is important to use a pen and paper rather than typing on a computer or phone. There is something special about writing by hand. It takes a little bit more time and effort, so it tells our
unconscious mind that this is something important. The process of manifesting our desires starts with the unconscious mind. So it’s important to focus on this consciously if we want successful results!
Focus on One Thing at a Time
The 369 Manifestation Method is all about focusing on one thing at a time. If you have several things you want to manifest, focus on the most powerful desire first. And then move onto another desire once you’ve achieved the first
goal. This will help keep your energy focused so you can manifest what matters most in your life. Keep the focus rather than getting distracted by other things which may not be as strong of a desire, but just a passing interest.
Once you’ve finished your first 369 Manifestation end-to-end, you can choose a new goal and start the process again. But don’t overlap them – do one at a time otherwise you’ll lose focus, and it won’t work for you.

Clear Your Negative Energy
One of the most important things to do before you start the 369 Manifestation Method is to clear your negative energy. You want to be in a positive state of mind so that you’re in a high energetic vibration and aligned with the energy of
your goal. If you find yourself feeling in a low energy and unfocused state of mind, then don’t start the 369 Manifestation exercise until you have shaken it off. Try taking a walk, doing some yoga, or listen to music that you love. Once you feel more positive, come back to your 369 Manifestation workbook and have another go.
If you’re struggling to shake off negative energy it could be that you have what Christie Marie Sheldon calls unconscious ‘abundance blocks.’ You need to clear these blocks before you go any further!
You can try loads of different manifestation methods but if you have abundance blocks, none of them are going to work, because energetically you’re stopping the good from coming into your life.

Your Energy is So Important
Your energy is the most important thing with the 369 Manifestation method. What you focus on expands.
If you put out a high vibration, you’ll attract positive things and people into your life. If you have feelings of frustration, neediness or desperation, then you’ll attract other people and situations that have a similar low vibe.
If you want to manifest a positive high vibe goal, get yourself into a positive state of mind – and stay there for the duration of the exercise!

Work With Your Current Beliefs
For the 369 Manifestation method to be successful for you, you must believe that it will. One of the most important aspects of any manifestion technique is believing in it 100%. If you don’t, no amount of effort will be enough to make it work.
It’s very common to have limiting beliefs when you first start manifesting.
Limiting beliefs are any beliefs that that are negative, unhelpful or don’t serve you.
These limiting beliefs are typically about yourself, other people or your environment, but honestly, they can be about anything.
And here’s the thing – we ALL have some limiting beliefs.
If you have limiting beliefs that are holding you back from manifesting what you desire, then you MUST clear them before you go any further, otherwise the 369 manifestation method won’t work.

If you have any limiting beliefs, then you need to clear them so they don’t prevent your manifestation efforts from working.
Once your limiting beliefs are cleared (with the help of Marisa!) you’re ready for the 369 Manifestation Method.
When using the 369 method start by manifesting something that you believe is possible for you.
Are you so broke that you’re struggling to make this month’s rent? Then don’t use the 369 Manifestation method to try manifest $1,000,000! This is going to be too much of a stretch for you (and your belief system!)

Start with something that’s believable for you. Once you have some success under your belt then you’ll be able to throw the whole of your energy into manifesting as you know it works.
As skeptical human beings, we often need to see before we can believe and commit to an idea. And that’s okay. This is why we start small and work up from there.
So, with all that said, let’s get started!
How to do the 369 Manifestation Method
Step One: Clear Your Mind
I know that I’ve said this before, but it’s so important that I’ll say it again! The most important thing for the 369 Manifestation method to be successful is your energy.
So, before you start the 369 Manifestation method you need to tune into your energy and get yourself into a high energetic vibration.
I like to do this by doing a simple mindfulness meditation for a few minutes to get myself into the present moment and to settle my mind.
Or you might like to do a gratitude exercise, listen to music or go for a walk in nature to get yourself into a high energetic vibration. Music, yoga, meditation and chanting have all been shown to influence your energetic vibrations. More on this here and here.
Anything that feels good and makes you happy will put you in a positive vibration – so do whatever feels good to prepare yourself.
Also, take this time to prepare your space. You might like to light a favourite candle, burn some aromatherapy oils or get your crystals out.
The 369 Manifestation method is a special time for you, so set up your environment so it feels comfortable, and you feel good about it.
Step Two: Visualise your Goal
Now you’ve set up your space and prepared yourself, close your eyes. Begin to visualise the goal that you want to manifest with the 369 Manifestation method.
In your visualisation, use all of your senses as you allow the image to build in your mind. Imagine your goal AS IF it has already happened and you are experiencing it NOW. Feel what it would be like when you have your goal. Build the picture in your mind. Where are you? Who are you with? What are you doing? How does it feel? Can you smell or taste anything?
When you have the image of your goal, I want you to turn up its intensity in your mind. Ask yourself:
If I made the picture bigger, would it be more compelling?
Would I feel stronger about it?
If Yes, make the picture bigger. If No, leave it as it is.
Now ask yourself each of these in turn:
If I made the picture brighter / louder / nearer would it be more compelling?
Would I feel stronger about it?
If Yes, make the picture brighter / louder / nearer. If No, leave it as it is.
Make any other changes to your mental picture that you want to so that it’s the most compelling and positive picture for you. Go with whatever your gut instinct tells you about how to make your image the most positive for you – don’t over think it! Your intuition will guide you to what’s right.

Step Three: Draft Your Positive Affirmation
Open your eyes and come back into the room. Now you’re going to draft the positive affirmation that you’ll use for your 369 Manifestation exercise.
In your workbook, go to the Positive Affirmation Draft page. Begin to brainstorm your ideas and thoughts about what you want in your positive affirmation.
Use your visualisation to guide you and be sure to capture the important aspects of what you were imagining. Write out your draft affirmation and play around with the words a bit until your happy with it. Does it capture the important parts of what you want to manifest?
When you’re drafting your positive affirmation, think about the following to ensure it’s a powerful affirmation:
Make it Positive
I’m going to start with an obvious point, but it’s worth mentioning! Make sure your affirmation is positive and says what you do want, not want you don’t want. For example,
‘I am financially independent’ NOT ‘I don’t want to be broke anymore’
‘I have a loving and respectful partner’ NOT ‘I don’t want to date losers anymore’
Our mind is conditioned to focus on what we don’t want. This is to keep us safe and away from things that we perceive will hurt us or be bad for us. We tend to put a lot of focus and energy into thinking about what we don’t want to have in our life and how we don’t want to feel.
The amount of time you’ve spent thinking about it, I’m guessing that you’re pretty clear on what you don’t want.
So, now’s the time to get clear on what you do want.
Be as specific as you need to be, so you state clearly what it is you want to manifest. This is your opportunity to manifest what you really want in your life, so be bold and ask the Universe!
Include Some Emotion Words
You want to evoke emotion and strong feelings when writing out your positive affirmations. So, include some emotional words in your affirmation – try words like happy, love, joy, excitement or free.
Make it 17 Seconds Long
In the 5×55 Manifestation Method it’s important that you distil your positive affirmation down to a short and concise sentence. The 369 Manifestation Method is different – it can be a bit longer. This is because you’re only going to write it out 9 times per day at most, so it’s not going to take as long.
Make your positive affirmation about 2 sentences long, so that it takes about 17 seconds to write. The teachings of Abraham Hicks says that it takes 17 seconds for the brain to create the energy associated with whatever you’re thinking about.

Once you’ve thought about your goal for 17 seconds, you’ll be in the best energetic vibration to manifest that goal.
And once you feel the energy associated with your goal, it will build and feed off itself. And this is how you create the momentum towards your desired goal.
Include Some Gratitude
Gratitude has one of the highest energetic vibrations. And so, if you are genuinely feeling gratitude for something (or someone) you’ll be in a high energetic vibration. This puts you in a great place to manifest the goal that you’re writing about.
Gratitude also tells the Universe what we appreciate and makes us happy. You’re saying, ‘This makes me happy – more of this please!’

So, you might like to begin your affirmation with:
“Thank you Universe for…”
Or end your positive affirmation with:
‘…and I’m grateful that X is in my life”.
Step Four: Write Your Positive Affirmation 3 Times in the Morning
Now it’s time to start writing. As soon as you wake up in the morning, write your positive affirmation 3 times in your workbook or manifestation journal. This first journaling in the morning sets your intention and sends it out to the Universe.
As you’re writing, focus on every word and feel what it is you’re writing.
Create the same level of energy that you had in your visualisation. Feel your goal AS IF it’s already in your life.
Going through the motions of writing your affirmation without feeling it, just won’t cut it. This isn’t an exercise in speed writing to see how fast you can get through it!
There’s lots of research that shows that positive affirmations improve your self-esteem, wellbeing, performance and achievement, more on this here and here. It’s this positive energy that we’re tapping into, so take the time and don’t rush it.
Savour and celebrate every word you write!
Step Five: Write Your Positive Affirmation 6 Times in the Afternoon
At lunchtime, or sometime in the afternoon, write your positive affirmation out 6 times in your workbook or manifestation journal.
While this morning was about setting the intention, the afternoon journaling is about amplifying it. Writing in the afternoon, gives your goal a boost of energy and focus as you go about the busy-ness of your day.
Remember your energy as you write and ensure that you feel your goal AS IF you already have it.
Step Six: Write Your Positive Affirmation 9 Times in the Evening
Before you go to sleep, write your positive affirmation out 9 times in your workbook or manifestation journal.
This final journaling of the day re-focuses your unconscious mind on your goal. Your unconscious mind will then continue to work on your goal as you sleep.
Yes really! When you’re asleep your thoughts and your unconscious are still going – they don’t sleep just because you are!
We write the final 9 positive affirmations before falling asleep as when you fall asleep you transition from beta and alpha brainwaves to theta brainwaves.

Theta brainwaves are are more relaxed and so you’re more susceptive to suggestion. So, we can use the natural state of falling asleep to proactively focus your unconscious mind on the goal that you want to manifest.
Step Seven: Repeat!
Now you simply repeat steps four, five and six every day for 32 days.
So, for a total of 33 days you’ll write your positive affirmation 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times in the evening.
It takes time, effort and commitment to complete this exercise for the full 33 days – I encourage you to keep with it and not give up! It’s so worth it!
If you start to wavier take a few minutes to meditate on your goal. Visualise again what it is that you want to manifest using the 369 Manifestation Method. In your visualisation, re-build your energy by imagining your goal AS IF you already have it in your life.
Step Eight: Let It Go!
It’s important that once you’ve finished your journaling each day, that you let your goal go and not get hung up on it. Hand it over to the Universe and know that it’s being taken care of.
Don’t think about your goal all day, obsessing over it or thinking about when it will happen. This will put you in a negative energetic vibration, which will actually hinder your manifestation efforts.
You’ve put so much effort in to doing the 369 Manifestation Method – don’t mess it up by becoming needy or desperate!
Maintain a positive energy throughout the whole of the 369 Manifestation exercise – ease up on yourself and enjoy the process. The Universe will take care of the outcome. Remember, letting go is simply releasing control from expectation.

Step Nine: Co-Create With the Universe
Once you’ve finished the 369 Manifestation exercise (or maybe even while you’re still doing it) you’ll likely start to see messages and guidance from the Universe about your goal.
Manifestation is about co-creating your life with the Universe. Contrary to what a lot of people believe, manifestation isn’t about waving a magic wand and your goal magically appearing in front of you! The way manifestation works is that the Universe will provide you with insight, ideas, inspiration, opportunities and guidance that will direct you towards your goal.

It’s your job to look out for this guidance and be open and receptive when it comes. And most importantly, to take action when the inspiration and opportunities are presented to you.
These opportunities might look like chance or good luck – I’m promise you that they’re not. Nothing happens in the Universe by chance! Any happy coincidences or timely opportunities that appear is the Universe guiding you towards your goal – so take action!
Take at least one action towards your goal every day. It doesn’t need to be a huge thing, but one action a day builds energy and momentum towards the achievement of your goal. And that my friend, is how you manifest your dream life!
369 Manifestation: Final Thoughts
As you can see, the 369 Manifestation Method is a powerful way to manifest your dream life…
I’ve mentioned it before, but it’s so important it’s worth repeating… If you want 369 manifestation to work for you then you need to ensure you don’t have any blocks that are stopping it.
